Musical entertainment is mandatory in the Music City and at drink lounge you’ll find it every day of the week. Beginning with live piano music and later accompanied by another performer, Bill Ferrari and friends perform live music ranging from contemporary piano to Dixieland Jazz…and of course a little country.
As the night goes on, the music and good times get more lively making drink the perfect spot to enjoy a beverage both before and after dinner. From unique drinks with liquor straight from the local distilleries to classic martinis, you’ll find innovative Southern cocktails in our extensive selection.
Our delicious BYTES menu features local favorites such as fried pickles, House cured BLT, pickled watermelon and arugula salad or crispy pork belly flat bread with hot sauce. While visiting Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, you’ll definitely want to spend an evening (or two) in the comfortable and casual atmosphere of the drink lounge

Spicy Harvest – Loews Vanderbilt Hotel Signature Cocktail
1 ½ oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
¾ oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
4 Watermelon Cubes
1 Jalapeno Slice
Goslings Ginger Beer
Recipe
1. In a mixing glass, muddle watermelon and jalapeno.
2. Combine remaining ingredients except ginger beer
into mixing glass.
3. Transfer ingredients into tin filled 2/3 full with ice.
4. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times.
5. Strain mixture over fresh ice into Collins glass.
6. Fill with ginger beer and add garnish.
